Please note: The order deadline for you to receive your meals is the Friday before the new week begins, @ 11:59 PM PST. All orders placed after that cut-off time will not be included in the upcoming week's delivery schedule.
For our original 10 meals that were made with meat alternatives, we collaborated with the chefs at Modern Meat because their products are protein-rich and vegan, but XMeals has assembled a team of executive chefs, nutritionists and trainers to develop our ever-evolving menu that’s not only healthy, but absolutely delicious as well! Our team, along with UpMeals, which is also located in Vancouver, are ready to serve you something we know you’ll love. From an idea in our minds, to a delicious meal on your doorstep, we take pride in our meal program every step of the way.
Crumble and Meatballs are the meat alternatives on offer from Modern Meat. These products are used throughout a handful of our pre-made meals resulting in nutritious and protein-packed recipes that are delicious!
All meals are packaged in eco-friendly and sustainable containers. The entree containers are recyclable and reusable, as well as microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer-friendly, and they’re also stackable so they’ll save space in your cupboard if you want to use them again to take food on the go! The Fibre Trays that the wraps come in are certified compostable, grease resistant, made from annually renewable sugarcane bagasse, and can survive temps of between 14°F to 400°F (-10°C to 204°C) so they can be reused as well! The Kraft Bowls are disposable, recyclable and biodegradable. They’re moisture and oil resistant, coated for durability, safe for the freezer, and good for hot and cold food, and the lids fit securely. Recycle, compost, or reuse them – it’s totally (and guilt-free) up to you!
We have been working on a system for reusable bags. They definitely should not be thrown in the garbage, you can repurpose them as we cannot arrange for pick up due to COVID guidelines. We understand this is unfortunate, and we are ready to implement pick up services as soon as COVID restrictions are lifted.
XMeals has both options available. We offer an a la carte menu for weekly meal delivery throughout Canada. The a la carte items can be purchased as a one time purchase, or as a subscription with the ability to select weekly or monthly deliveries. The a la carte menu requires a minimum order of 3 of our pre-made, chef-curated meals plus any add-ons you’d like to include. We accept online orders anytime. We also offer our meal plans for those who want complete plant-based nutrition for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, curated by our very own certified nutritionist from our medical advisory board, Ms. Amy Gensel RD, CSNC. The meal plan is available in both 3 and 5-day programs where you can receive all of your delicious and nutritious meals delivered right to your door. You can order a 3-day or 5-day meal plan as a one time purchase, or you can save 5% by subscribing to weekly deliveries.

We offer a variety of meals with updates and seasonal favorites.
All meals will have an expiration date listed on the packaging. For optimal enjoyment, We recommend consuming all salad bowls and wraps within 3-4 days, and entrée meals within 5 days post-delivery. Our meals are not intended to be frozen, as this may affect the flavours and textures of the dish, however, it will extend the consumption date significantly if you choose to do so.
The production team assembles and plates the meals fresh every weekend and they are sent out for delivery in a temperature-controlled truck or box each Monday. If you are unable to have someone home to receive the meals, they will be left outside the door in an insulated bag which will keep the meals cold. If you know in advance you will not be able to receive the delivery at a specific time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this request.
If you have selected an incorrect delivery date and wish to change this, please contact our support team at email@example.com as soon as possible. All orders are submitted Friday at midnight so please make sure to let us know before this cut-off date.
